Did you know that we have two rubber injection molding machines by Maplan? With these machines, we yearly produce thousands of rubber Arbo-wheels for the waste and horticulture sector.

An extremely low rolling resistance fosters working conditions.

These Arbo-wheels have been specifically developed to foster the working conditions of users. The wheels are wear resistant, durable and have a very low rolling resistance. In fact, so low that satisfied users in the waste industry have to make an effort to keep up with the containers, instead of making a huge effort to move them.

Arbo-wheels are also popular in the food industry.

The environmental conditions and the way of usage in the food industry require an Arbo-wheel with extra features and qualities. In addition to wear resistance and a low rolling resistance, high standards are also set for hygiene and rust and moisture resistance in this sector. Therefore, we provide the Arbo-wheels for the food industry with a splash proof seal on the bearing. As we are dealing with food, it is also very important that it is immediately obvious when material degradation occurs. For that reason, these wheels are not made of rubber, but of elastic polyurethane and have a striking blue bandage.
